Twice.

i had two thanksgivings. One of them was with Ashley, and the other was with my parents. i am pleased with how perfectly the timing aspects worked out, i mean, Ashley's parents ate their dinner at around four-ish, and my family had ours at around...ten-ish. so things worked out well. the differences between the two meals does not end there however. one seemed more...traditional family dinner, with all the food on trays, and everyone waiting until everyone else had cleared their plate before they went for seconds. and they only went as far as seconds. no one was using a computer during the meal, and nothing caught on fire. my family's was a bit o' the opposite. we were browsing the web as a family during the meal, most of the foods were still in the containers that they were cooked in, and we each had about three of four plates of food. also, everyone has their own pie. i though we made more, but upon closer inspection, we only made one per person, not two, as i originally believed. and the rolls caught on fire, as they do every year. great fun. I'm serious. oh, we also had cranberry sauce. ha, four cans for three people, bitches. and now I'm going to bed soon, so that i can wake up early, and go to a movie with Ashley, and then grab some pool with Liz and Guy, as that seems a fitting fate for my soul to suffer for several hours. too bad a i didn't commit more sins. oh, and to follow the capitalist thread of America for the greater portion of the remaining year: Merry Christmas!!!

I created my own blog as you suggested. My Thanksgiving entry was a bit more... aggressive in defense to my turkey friends.
